Gardening, picked the end of the tomatoes, canned sauce and green tomato pickles, that is an awesome pizza in the middle… it looks like meat but its tomato… we had a bit of a surplus.
Came home to a hole in the fence, and at least four girls out on the town when I got there…No one was injured or missing… whew!
I live in a place where I can see this… you can too on Richard’s blog btw… Well , maybe not this shot but plenty of eagles.
Got an unexpected not so great surprise today. Have to go back to treatment for a while for my blood issues. Five to seven weeks …not too bad… started today. The hypograt (as Clark would say) is there are places to help out with this stuff, and I really like my healthcare team.
Having opened up my big mouth in the title I am now accountable to reviewing the unsticking…I think about it every day… It is going well… I will do a real written update tomorrow most likely. But lots has happened and lots is in the works…now if I could get uncontrollable , unforeseeable, circumstances to behave, it will all work out… right? It will all work out? SURE….

Doug as I, lives under an alias ( My work kind of requires it)… the name he has in real life was given to him from the creeps who he lived with before me. “Doug” was given him by a friend who called him Mr. Fairbanks after Douglas Fairbanks(for some reason….)

I am so sorry to hear about the blood/treatment issues – but like you said, grateful you have such a good team to help. You know I think of you often and you are always in my prayers.

Well I know the thought of more weekly treatments isn’t fun, I think we are all thankful that you have this option available to help you feel a bit better. Having a treatment team you trust makes all the difference.
I was so relieved to hear that none of the feathered girls were harmed or missing as a result of Mr. Fox’s latest visit. I can’t blame him for thinking me a look mighty tasty, your hens are so Beautiful and well cared for!

Rogue chickens!
I wish I could keep you company when you go for your treatments. I can by text, so text me. Well, unless it’s while I’m in preschool, but even then, I can slip in a quick text or two.

Yup I think its mostly during school time… It takes anywhere from 5-8 hours typically… longest ever was ten. I frequently send out bored, drug addled texts… I will include ya! lucky you!

Ah hah! I found the fluffy Doug! I knew I saw him somewhere.
My vegetable garden sort of fizzled this year. Part of the problem is I just don’t get enough sun in my yard. Some sort of mildew claimed my zucchini plants and then four nasty tomato hornworms did a real number on my tomato plants. Perhaps next year I’ll get the surplus of veggies I always dream about.

Love your photos. I love seeing the eagles too. We have them in our neck of the woods too. They are such amazing birds. I hope your treatments go well.
